Real estate developer Sanjeevini Group has announced the launch of its new luxury residential project, The Adwaith, at Gunjur in Bengaluru East, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,200 crore.

Spread over 8.3 acres, the project will feature 668 units with a total built-up area of 17 lakh sq. ft. Units are priced from Rs 1.7 crore onwards, and the project is being developed under a joint development model with the landowner. The company expects to deliver the project within 30 months. Chairman and Founder Umesh Gowda H A highlighted that Gunjur is emerging as a fast-growing micromarket due to its strong connectivity with other parts of Bengaluru, making it an attractive residential destination.

The project launch comes amid robust demand for housing, with post-pandemic buyers showing a greater preference for homeownership. Since its inception in 2010, Sanjeevini Group has developed over 15 lakh sq. ft. of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Bengaluru.
