Currently work is underway on T-Hub Phase-II in Hyderabad, Telangana. T-Hub Phase-II comprises of two celler G+nine floors. The project has been undertaken by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) at GAME City, Hyderabad Knowledge City, in Hyderabad district of Telangana.
During the visit to project site, research official of Projects Today learnt that KCP Projects was entrusted the job work of and constructing game city in April 2017. The contract value is estimated at Rs 160 crore. Follow up visit in the recent month to the project site revealed that work on project was underway and around 60 percent work on the project was completed.
The Phase-II of T-Hub is expected to finish by January 2019.
