Smartworks Coworking Spaces, India’s largest managed office platform, has signed a landmark agreement for over 815,000 sq. ft. at Eastbridge in Mumbai, a commercial development by Hiranandani Group.
Located in Vikhroli, the campus is set to become the world’s largest managed office space, marking a significant milestone for Smartworks. Scheduled to open in Q4 2026, Eastbridge will feature green designs, sustainability measures, and seamless connectivity, including access via metro, highways, and rail. The campus will also be WELL and IGBC Gold-certified, showcasing a commitment to wellness and environmental sustainability.
This agreement follows Smartworks' recent expansion at Tata Realty’s Intellion Park, Navi Mumbai, further solidifying its leadership in the managed office space sector.
