Flexible office spaces provider Smartworks has picked up more than 2,70,000 sq ft in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, through a long-term lease period of over nine years. This is its largest facility with a seating capacity of 5,500 and adjacent to the Delhi-Noida Expressway.
