Tata Projects (TPL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aircraft Support Industries (ASI Global) to jointly provide end-to-end services for the design and construction of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facilities in India. 

The partnership will leverage TPL’s expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) with ASI Global’s advanced design and modular construction technology. The collaboration aims to deliver state-of-the-art MRO and hangar facilities, ensuring high-quality, safe, and fast-to-market solutions for India’s growing aviation sector. 

Tata Projects MD & CEO Vinayak Pai highlighted the significance of this partnership in supporting the country’s rapidly expanding aviation industry. ASI Global’s MD, Mark Langbein, emphasised the combination of their experience in hangar design and TPL’s ability to handle complex infrastructure projects, offering a compelling solution for the market.
