The Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Karnataka, has issued a tender for the construction of a new government  medical college in Bagalkote district.

The contract includes the development of boys’ and girls’ hostels, teaching staff quarters, and associated infrastructure. Key components of the tender involve mechanical excavation for foundation works, clearing and grubbing of road land, and surface excavation for leveling the ground. The scope further extends to providing and laying cement concrete for foundations, superstructures, road works, water supply systems, installation of aluminum die-cast tubular hydraulic door closers as part of the building’s finishing works.

The work aims to enhance medical education infrastructure in the Bagalkote region and improve accommodation and amenities for students and faculty.

The bid submission deadline is 06 December, 2025.
