Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru (IIMB) has issued a tender for the construction of its new Phase-I sustainable undergraduate campus on an EPC Mode II basis.
The campus will be located at Mahanthalingapura village, Anekal taluk, Bengaluru Urban district, on a 110-acre plot, around 25 km from the existing campus. The development will include key infrastructure such as an educational block, library, performing arts centre, sports complex, and hostel block, with a construction period of 30 months, including the monsoon period.
The contract has a total estimated value of Rs 400 crore, and aims to create a modern, sustainable learning environment to support IIMB's soon-to-be-launched undergraduate program. The proposed site offers excellent local connectivity via a nine-mtrs.-wide road directly linking to State Highway 87.
The closing date for bid submission is 25 November, 2025.
