Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) has issued a tender for the redevelopment of multiple municipal facilities located at the Asphalt Plant Compound in Lower Parel on EPC turnkey basis.
The contract, valued at Rs 495.14 crore, encompasses the proposed redevelopment of the Vigilance Office, office of the Chief Engineer (Road & Transport), and the Material Testing Laboratory building. The site of redevelopment lies on land bearing CS No. 1629.
Located at S.K. Ahire Marg in G/South Ward, the work involves planning, design, and construction of a building featuring underground parking with a multi-level electro-mechanical robotic car parking system.It includes MEP services, interior finishing, IBMS, security systems, landscaping, and maintenance of the robotic parking facility, and construction of transit accommodations for existing municipal offices.
The bid submission date is 14 May, 2025.
