The Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority has issued a tender for the preparation of a detailed project report (DPR) aimed at establishing a comprehensive sewerage network and a 7.50 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) in Kundli town, district Sonipat, Haryana.
The DPR is for the construction of a 7.50 MLD STP and a 1.00 MLD main pumping station (MPS). This initiative is part of a broader push to upgrade urban sanitation infrastructure in Haryana and improve wastewater management efficiency in rapidly growing urban regions like Kundli.
The key infrastructure elements involve a wet well sump, pump chamber, HT metering panel room, and all necessary pumping machinery. The trial run is for three months, followed by a 12-month defect liability period, and a further five years of operation and maintenance.
The deadline for bid submission is 14 October, 2025.
