Thermocool Home Appliances has inaugurated a manufacturing plant in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, marking a significant milestone in its expansion. Spanning 25,000 sq. mtrs. the facility integrates automation, energy-efficient systems, and employee welfare amenities, reinforcing the company's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
With an initial daily production capacity of 1,800 to 2,200 units, Thermocool aims to scale up to 3,000 to 4,000 units per day within six months and plans a 50 percent expansion over the next two years. It will cater to rising demand across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, and Nepal. Construction began in 2024, and the plant is expected to be fully operational by 2026.
Equipped with AI-powered quality control, robotic assembly, and eco-friendly packaging solutions, the plant will focus on manufacturing air coolers, including desert coolers, commercial coolers, tower coolers, and room coolers, catering to diverse customer needs. Beyond production, the plant is expected to generate work opportunities for 200 people, while upholding sustainable business practices.
