The Lucknow Industrial Development Authority (LIDA) has shortlisted three developers to submit financial bids for selection as anchor investor in a proposed information technology (IT) Park in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Aditya Housing & Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad; Raheja Developers, New Delhi; Patel Engineering, Mumbai; and Apco Infratech, Lucknow expressed interest in bidding to win development contract. However, Raheja Developers’ application was rejected, leaving three applicants in race for the contract.
The IT park project is to be developed over a 1,30,000 sq mtrs area near the Lucknow airport at an estimated cost of Rs 285 crore. The selected developer would develop the IT park on a design, finance, build, operate model. The plot would be leased to the developer for 90 years under proposal. Currently, the LIDA is in the process of obtaining environmental clearance after preparing the layout plan.
