Pune-based leading construction
company, Vascon Engineers, is planning to set up an IT Park in association with
the Nashik-based Sanklecha Constructions.
The IT Park project, which is
estimated to cost Rs.130 crore, will be the first private IT Park in Nashik and
it will be located at Mumbai Naka area in Nashik.
The 7.5 lakh sq ft IT Park- `V-Tech'
at Nashik would be developed investing Rs.130 crore. The IT Park project will be
completed in three phases within the next 2 years. In the first phase, 2 lakh sq
ft area will be completed within the next 12 or 13 months.
