1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Vatika Group has achieved a rare feat in securing LEED certification across diverse real estate verticals of commercial, retail, residential, and schools. This remarkable achievement underscores Vatika’s leadership in sustainable development.

The Group's 17 of its iconic projects across Delhi NCR, spanning a total of 9.5 million sq. ft., have been awarded prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. As many as 11 projects have earned the coveted LEED Platinum certification, the highest standard in green building.

These include commercial projects such as Vatika Mindscapes, One On One, First India Place have achieved LEED Platinum status, and premium retail and residential projects like V’Lante, Seven Elements and Sovereign Park have received LEED Gold certifications. , 

Vatika Group has also secured LEED Platinum status for MatriKiran Junior School and MatriKiran High School, reflecting the Group’s commitment to energy-efficient spaces that go beyond real estate.
