Versuni India, formerly Philips Domestic Appliances, plans to increase domestic manufacturing from 70 percent to 90 percent within two years. The company aims to expand its product penetration from single-digit to double-digit while exploring new categories.

Versuni India operates manufacturing facilities in Chennai and Ahmedabad, with an R&D centre in Chennai. The company emerged after Royal Philips sold its domestic appliance business to Hillhouse Capital in 2021 and was rebranded as Versuni in 2023. It continues selling products under the Philips and Preethi brands as a Royal Philips licensee.

Versuni India offers kitchen appliances, ironing products, air purifiers, CCTV cameras, and vacuum cleaners. Ahead of summer, it is focusing on juicers, enhancing user experience with innovations such as easy cleaning.
