Volkswagen, aiming to further expand its presence in India, has launched two new variants of its Taigun SUV in India, which offer enhanced features and improved driving experience.
The new variants are Taigun GT Line and Taigun GT Plus Sport, which offer a range of features and specifications. The Taigun GT Line is equipped with a 1.0-litre TSI engine and is available with either a six-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission. It boasts features like R17 alloy wheels and a turbocharged TSI engine. The Taigun GT Plus Sport comes with 19 exterior and 15 interior features, powered by a 1.5-litre TSI EVO engine.
Taigun GT Line features a 1.0L TSI engine, is priced at Rs 14.08 lakh, while the Taigun GT Plus Sport, powered by a 1.5L TSI engine, is priced at Rs 18.53 lakh.
By introducing these variants, Volkswagen aims to strengthen its position in the competitive SUV market, and expects to attract SUV enthusiasts in the country.
