Water Resources Department (WRD), Maharashtra has floated a tender for construction of the pipeline distribution network for Nira Deoghar project in Satara/Solapur district.
The scope of work for the distribution network for Nira Deoghar Right Bank Canal is from km 87 to 135 and its distributaries, minors offtaking between km 65 to 135. It includes excavation & refilling for pipe trenches, structures, providing, supplying, jointing, lowering, laying of pipes, various types of valves, chambers and outlet, and hydraulic testing of pipeline.
The work has to be completed at a tentative cost of Rs 967.74 crore. The scope also covers repair, operation and maintenance of the whole network till five years after completion of actual work, which is set at 36 months.
The last date to submit the bid is 19 April, 2024.
