WeWork India has signed two office spaces of over 2.7 lakh sq. ft. in South India, even as it seeks to create an enhanced presence amidst a continued surge in demand for flexible workspaces across India. Both buildings are strategically located in the tech hubs, and are planned for launch in the next few months.
Spanning three floors, Manyata Redwood is situated in the Manyata Tech Park in Bengaluru, offering over 1,17,000 sq. ft. which can accommodate over 1,700 desks. The other facility is coming up in RMZ Spire in HITEC City, Hyderabad and comprises four floor housing nearly 2,220 desks, spread across 1,54,000 sq. ft.
With the addition of Manyata Redwood and RMZ Spire, the company aims to ace the cutting-edge, flexible workspace solutions space, backed by its principles of flexibility and community.
WeWork India plans to add 1.5 million sq. ft. to two million sq. ft. of office space annually. The office space provider operates across seven cities and 50 locations, and its member base covers 80 percent of enterprises, with 20 percent of clients coming from SMBs, entrepreneurs, and startups.
