RMZ Construction is developing 'The Spire', a commercial complex at Raidurg Panmakhta of Serilingamapally in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana. The work on the project is progressing well as per the schedule.

The complex will cover over five acres of land and comprises two towers, tower 100 with B+G+5 stilt+17 storey and tower 110 with four B+G+5 stilt+22 storey with office spaces, retail shops, food court including various modern amenities.

In May 2020, RMZ Construction received environmental clearance from the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana.

RMZ Corp and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) entered into a joint venture (JV) in April 2021 for the development of the project.

Moreover, Toshiba Johnson Elevators bagged a supply order for the project of 35 elevators to install, maintain and operate in October 2021.

According to the latest Projects Today updates, the 14th-floor slab work is in progress for both towers (tower 100 and tower 110).
