Work on the campus of National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER)-Bhubaneswar
(Orissa) is likely to commence by February 2010.
NISER-Bhubaneswar, a centre under the administrative control of Department of
Atomic Energy, is to be developed on 300 acre at Jatni, about 20 km from
Bhubaneshwar at an outlay of Rs 770 crore.
The new campus of NISER is expected to have a pool of 200 faculty members and
500 technical and non-technical staff. The new campus is slated to be ready by
end-2013.
