Customer relationship management firm Zendesk has entered into a strategic alliance with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to provide enterprise grade CRM solutions for large enterprises.
The partnership will combine Zendesk’s support, sales and engagement software solutions together with TCS’ contextual knowledge and experience in digital transformation.
The alliance will blend TCS’ deep expertise in technology with Zendesk’s CRM product portfolio and equip businesses to connect, serve and engage with their new-age customers across demographics.
The two companies will collaborate to solve companies’ increasingly complex technological requirements and provide powerful CRM custom solutions and integrations. This will include alignment between TCS' consulting, implementation and optimisation services with Zendesk's CRM product portfolio, as well as access to TCS' industry expertise across different sectors.
