Sterling Holiday Resorts has launched Sterling GK Exotica, a 36-key boutique business hotel in the heart of Dehradun, marking its ninth property in Uttarakhand and second in the city.

Located on Saharanpur Road, the hotel caters to both corporate and leisure travellers, offering strategic proximity to Haridwar, Roorkee, Saharanpur, and within driving distance of Delhi NCR  and Chandigarh.

The property features four curated room categories—Classic, Premier, Executive Rooms with balconies, and expansive Executive Suites with dual washrooms and skyline views. Its rooftop restaurant and bar, Skyline, is the highest in Dehradun, offering Himalayan herb-infused cuisine, cocktails, and 270° Shivalik views. For events, Summit, a rooftop banquet, hosts up to 100 guests, while Mirage, a pillarless indoor hall, accommodates 150 in theatre style, suitable for conferences and social gatherings.
