The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, (IIM-C) plans to invest about
Rs 180 crore for expanding its infrastructure to accommodate a higher number of
students and faculty.
IIM-C is likely to build new hostels and academic complexes to accommodate
the increasing number of students.
Currently, construction is in progress for the buildings and work is likely
to be completed within a year. So far, IIM-C has invested Rs 60 crore for the
proposed development.
