Adani Wilmar is planning to set up an edible oil plant
near Kakinada port in Andhra Pradesh. The plant, with a capacity of 600 tonnes of
crude edible oils per day, would be set up with an investment of between Rs.60-70
crore.
Meanwhile, the company is also in the process of
doubling the capacity of its refinery at Mundra in Gujarat, from the present
level of 600 tonnes per day.
Adani Wilmar is a joint venture between India’s Adani Exports
and Wilmar Holding of Singapore.
