Arisinfra Solutions, through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions, has played a crucial role in the completion of Transcon Developers’ flagship commercial project, Transcon Ramdev Plaza, in Santacruz, Mumbai.

The project, strategically located near Milan Subway, has received the occupation certificate (OC) for 1,58,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, comprising 235 shops and unlocking an estimated value of over Rs 1,000 crore. Utilising its proprietary 3M framework—Money, Material, and Management, Unitern provided end-to-end solutions that addressed financial, operational, and delivery challenges. Earlier, 147 residential tenements were handed over, and the latest OC also covers 51 additional rehabilitation units, completing the social and commercial components of the project.
