Gurugram-based realty firm M3M India has announced a Rs 2,100 crore investment to develop ultra-luxury residences under the globally renowned Jacob & Co brand in Noida.

Spanning six acres, this will be the first housing project in India branded by Jacob & Co, famous for its high-jewellery timepieces. The project, named 'Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida,' is expected to generate Rs 3,500 crore in revenue over three years. M3M will deliver 150 premium homes in Phase I and around 100 serviced ultra-luxury residences in Phase II, with prices ranging from Rs 14 to 25 crore. This venture highlights M3M’s focus on setting new luxury living standards in India.

Jacob Arabo, Founder of Jacob & Co., emphasised India’s potential as a key market for luxury innovation. M3M has an extensive portfolio with 40 completed projects and 17 ongoing developments covering 60 million sq. ft.
