BCD Group and Maiwir Engineering have entered into a joint venture (JV) to speed up construction using advanced technologies offering an accelerated construction speed to clients. Through this partnership, BCD aims to develop over 100 million sq. ft. of real estate over the next five years.

Moreover, the joint venture with Maiwir India will help to to reduce the construction time by half and ensure timely delivery, factoring in the synergies in the missions of both companies to offer innovative design and superior quality projects.

 

BCD's experience, and Mawir Infra's global expertise in turnkey projects will combine to offer enhanced construction solutions across various sectors including commercial, retail, hospitality, residential and contribute to the country's economic growth. Thus, the partnership is expected to leverage these competencies to deliver exceptional result, as there is increasing demand for faster turnaround of projects.
