Bharat Agri Fert & Realty has launched its high-rise tower in Majiwada Thane, and is slated to be the tallest in this locality.

Named Wembely-24, with G+60 floor, it will offer 457 BHK residential flats in two to three BHK configuration.  The cost of project will be approx. Rs 300 crore, and land is owned by the company.

Even before officially launching the project, firm confirmations for pre-booking of 25 flats have been received. The total realisations from the Majiwada Project, comprising 457 flats, will be approx. Rs 800 crore in the next four years on a pro-rata basis. On the day of launch, the company received enquiries with intention to buy approx. 150 units, underscoring the demand for quality housing in the market.
