Rajasthan-based developer Bhumika Group is set to mark its entry into the NCR and would launch a high-street commercial project at Sector-21, Mathura Road in Faridabad district of Haryana.
The project will span five acres of prime land, and will include shopping areas along with community-centric spaces. Moreover, the plan allows for two acres of frontage along Mathura Road to ensure accessibility.
The company will develop the project at an estimated cost of Rs 600 crore, with the development to be carried out in a single phase, within a timeframe of four years. The project would deliver on design and scale, bringing in the concept of luxury retail coupled with exceptional food and beverage (F&B) experience.
The financing will comprise a mix of pre-sales, internal cash flows, and institutional investments. The company expects to clock total sales revenue of nearly 1000 crore.
Apart from this, the company’s recent project, ‘Urban Square Mall’ in Udaipur is anchored by leading brands such as Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Pantaloon, Reliance and others. Phase-I of the mall with over 85 brands is already operational, while the second phase of the mall will also be launched soon.
