NTPC Green Energy has invited bids to engage a consultant to prepare a detailed project report (DPR) for the development of a desalination plant at the NGEL Green Hydrogen Hub in Pudimadaka, Andhra Pradesh.
The bid is split into two sections: Section A includes modules 1 to 4, which focus on the overall consultancy services for the project, while Section B includes module 5, specifically for the desalination plant. This initiative is a crucial part of NTPC's efforts to support green hydrogen production, which will play a key role in the country's renewable energy transition.
The contract period for the project is 10 months, with a bid submission deadline set for 29 January, 2026.
