CapitaLand Investment (CLI) has launched and commenced its operations for Phase-I of the newly redeveloped International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), which is strategically located in Madhapur.
Furthermore, the groundbreaking ceremony for the development of a 40-MW data centre in ITPH was also held in the presence of IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao, who emphasised the availability of talented manpower in the city and called upon CapitaLand to make Hyderabad its hub in India. The state would extend full support by creating an ecosystem driven by innovation and collaboration, he stated.
As part of its operations, the 1.4 million sq. ft. Block 'A' office building has received 100 percent lease commitment from global corporations including Bristol Myers Squibb, Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services, VXI Global, Warner Bros., among others.
The data centre at ITPH will have a built-up area of 0.3 million sq. ft. and will be equipped to serve the requirements of international hyperscalers and large enterprises.
CLI’s world-class business parks and data centres in Hyderabad is led by the advantages of harnessing the potential of the city’s IT/ITES infrastructure, as it aspires to be a strong partner both for the government and for corporations in these sectors. The company has two business parks, aVance Hyderabad and CyberPearl in the city.
CLI had recently launched CapitaLand India Growth Fund-2, a business park development fund in India, and this is its second business park development fund.
