Comt Constructions has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for the construction of a commercial-cum-integrated office complex at the Commissioners Compound, Kachahari, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
The contract, issued by the Varanasi Development Authority, is valued at Rs 150.69 crore and is aimed at creating a modern infrastructure hub to streamline administrative functions while also offering commercial space. Strategically located in the Kachahari area, the complex will cater to the growing administrative and commercial demands of the region.
The planned facility is expected to enhance civic amenities, improve workspaces for government departments, and contribute to the city’s urban development. It aligns with the ongoing urban infrastructure push under the schemes aimed at improving public service delivery.
