Dilip Buildcon (DBL), through its joint venture with Ramky Infrastructure under the “DBL-RAMKY Consortium,” has emerged as the lowest (L-1) bidder for the Rajasthan Water Grid Project.
The project, floated by Rajasthan Water Grid Corporation—formerly Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project Corporation, has a value of Rs. 2,952 crore including GST. Awarded on the hybrid annuity model (HAM), the work entails the “construction of feeder from Isarda to Khura Chainpura to Bandh Baretha, Bharatpur, including all components with its operation and maintenance (O&M) for a period of 20 years.” The completion timeline has been set at 27 months.
The contract win reinforces DBL’s execution capabilities in large-scale infrastructure and water management projects. This development also strengthens the consortium’s position in Rajasthan’s ongoing efforts to improve water distribution and irrigation under the ambitious water grid plan. DBL emphasized that securing this project further aligns with its growth strategy and long-term infrastructure commitments.
