Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has received letter of acceptance (LoA) for two new HAM projects Bangalore-Chennai Expressway under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Karnataka, Phase-I (Package-I & -II) worth Rs 24,39 crore.
The scope of work involves four-laning from 0.000 km to 26.400 km (along with 0.700 km approach towards NH-207 with interchange on NH-4 at start point of Bengaluru to Malur section of Bangalore-Chennai Expressway on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase-I Package-1). The work will entail an investment of Rs 1,160 crore. The length of the road project is 27.10 km.
The scope of work also envisages four-lane expressway from 26.400 km to 53.500 km of Malur to Bangarpet section of Bangalore-Chennai Expressway on HAM under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase-I Package-II). The work will entail an investment of Rs 1,279 crore. The length of the road project is 27.10 km.
The projects have completion period of 24 months, with operation period of 15 months. The first year operation and maintenance cost is Rs three crore.
