Elan Group has awarded a construction contract worth approx. Rs 1,100 crore to Leighton Asia, a subsidiary of the Australian CIMIC Group, for its ultra-luxury residential project, Elan The Emperor, located in Sector-106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
This project is part of Elan Group’s larger 50-acre integrated township, Landmark, aimed at creating a future-forward ecosystem of luxury living.
The construction contract covers nearly five million sq. ft. of built-up area and aims to achieve IGBC LEED Gold Certification, highlighting its commitment to sustainable urban living. The project’s international appeal is enhanced by the involvement of renowned architects, urban designers, and construction experts, including UHA London, SWA Group, WET Design, HBA, CD+M Lighting Design Group, Mero Contractors, DSA Engineering, LERA, and Thornton Tomasetti.
Leighton Asia has also been awarded civil and MEP contracts for other Elan Group projects, including Elan The Presidential and Elan The Imperial, with the total value of contracts reaching around Rs 3000 crore for approx. 12.5 million sq. ft. of construction. This collaboration cements Elan Group’s position as a leader in high-end, design-driven real estate development in Gurugram.
