The Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority has issued a tender for the installation of six micro sewage treatment plants (STPs), each with a capacity of 500 kiloliters. 

These plants will serve green belts and parks across various Sectors including Sector-9, 10, 14, 15, 15a, 16, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, and 37. The contract includes not only the installation of these micro STPs but also the development of all connecting infrastructure and all other works contingent thereto.

The scope will also cover 10 years of operation and maintenance following a one-year defect liability period (DLP). A defect identification and performance (DI.P) assessment will be conducted after a successful three-month trial run, all under EPC mode. The estimated value of the work stands at Rs 211.8 crore.  

Interested parties must submit their bids by the closing date of 12 November, 2025.
