The Gujarat Housing Board (GHB) has floated a tender for the redevelopment of an integrated group housing facility at Jamnagar in Rajkot district.

The project comprises 360 MIG +264 LIG at Sadhana Colony, Jamnagar, Gujarat on PPP basis. The scope of work includes soil investigation,engineering survey, construction, designing, method of erection in accordance with layout plan and detailed architectural / structural drawings. Securing the permission/approval from concerned urban development authority, necessary environment clearance /permission, RERA approval is in scope of selected developer/bidder.

The project duration is 34 months which includes pre-construction period of four months and construction period of 30 months. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs 89.89 crore.
