Godrej Properties (GPL), one of India’s top real estate developers, has acquired a prime 26-acre land parcel near Sarjapur Road in South Bengaluru.
The company plans to develop a premium residential project on this strategically located site, with an estimated revenue potential of approx. Rs 1,100 crore. Sarjapur Road corridor is a rapidly growing residential hotspot thanks to its excellent connectivity to key employment zones like Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and Electronic City. The area also boasts superior social infrastructure, including renowned schools, hospitals, shopping centres, and entertainment options, making it a preferred destination for modern homebuyers.
GPL already has a successful track record in the area with projects like Godrej Park Retreat and Godrej Lakeside Orchards, which have seen strong sales and customer interest, further strengthening its foothold in South Bengaluru’s real estate market.
