Godrej Properties has acquired a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur, marking its third acquisition in the city over the past four years.
The planned development will feature primarily plotted residential units, offering 1.7 million sq. ft. of saleable area and an estimated revenue potential of Rs 755 crore. With this acquisition, the company has surpassed its FY26 business development target of Rs 20,000 crore. Located near key infrastructure like the Samruddhi Mahamarg and MIHAN SEZ, the site offers connectivity to major highways and the airport.
Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, stated, "Nagpur continues to strengthen its position as an important centre for infrastructure and industrial development, supported by improving connectivity and rising residential demand." This move reinforces Godrej's strategy of expanding in emerging growth markets across India.
