Pune-based Gokhale Constructions, a real estate developer known for its large commercial and premium residential projects, has acquired a 3.5-acre land parcel in the city’s Model Colony for Rs 300 crore.
The plot, previously owned by the Seth Hirachand Nemchand Smarak Trust, housed the Seth Hirachand Nemchand Digambar Jain Boarding, and is situated in the heart of Pune in the city. The developer, founded by Vishal Gokhale, has completed the land purchase and plans to transform the centrally located property into 16 lakh sq. ft. of ultra-premium residential space, along with select high-end retail offerings.
With an estimated revenue potential of Rs 2,500 crore, the project is expected to set a new benchmark for luxury real estate in Pune. According to the company, “the price of each condominium will start from Rs seven crore onwards”, signalling the scale and exclusivity of the upcoming development.
The company has successfully executed more than 200 residential projects and provided homes to over 5,000 families across Pune’s central areas. Currently, the developer is working on 2 million sq. ft of residential and 3 million sq. ft of commercial space, further consolidating its position as a key player in Pune’s real estate landscape.
