India’s leading managed office and coworking provider, GoodWorks CoWork, has formally entered the Hyderabad through a partnership with South India-based real estate major Ektha Group. This move marks a significant expansion into India’s fast-growing global capability centre (GCC) ecosystem.

GoodWorks will launch two major centres in Hyderabad—one in Hitech City and the other in the Financial District—spanning over 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of premium office space. These facilities will cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including startups, scale-ups, and multinational GCCs looking for flexible, fully managed workspace solutions. This foray into Hyderabad also marks the debut of SansoviGCC, GoodWorks’ flagship initiative designed to assist global companies in setting up and scaling their operations in India.

SansoviGCC will offer comprehensive services including infrastructure support, compliance, talent acquisition, and operations management. Ektha Group will collaborate on space acquisition, development, and lifecycle management of these upcoming centres.
