Of the total, Rs 3,768 crore is earmarked for infrastructure works, including Rs 455 crore for 349 projects in Vadodara, Rs 367 crore for 302 works in Rajkot, and Rs 2,940 crore for 252 projects in Ahmedabad. The Iconic Road initiative will receive Rs 219 crore for urban road and Gaurav Path construction. Under the Khaangi Society Janbhagidari Yojana, Rs 2.72 crore will support projects in Visnagar, Borsad, and Viramgam. The CM said these investments mark two decades of transformative urban governance initiated by PM Narendra Modi in 2005, aiming to enhance citizen-centric urban growth.
