HPCL Renewable & Green Energy (HPRGE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) has invited bids for selection project management consultant (PMC) for the setting up of compressed biogas (CGB) plants at two locations in Punjab.
The tentative locations for the proposed paddy straw-based CBG plants are Sangrur I (Makror Sahb) and Barnala Tapa 1 (Jangiana) in Punjab; which may be subject to change based on approvals or land allotments by the state government or decisions made by HPRGE.
HPRGE intends to engage project management consultant having experience in the fields of residual process design, preparation of front end engineering design (FEED), review of detailed engineering, procurement services, tendering, construction management and supervision and assistance in start-up, commissioning and performance guarantee test runs for the proposed plants.
The scope of the PMC services is divided into two stages. Stage-II will start only after management and statutory approvals. HPRGE reserves the right to award the PMC Stage-II contract subsequently (at a later date) after completion of services in PMC Stage-I.
The last date for the submission of bids is 20 June, 2025.
