Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC)
is planning to offer industrial plots in the 4,000-acre industrial model
township (IMT) -Rohtak.
HSIIDC is likely to offer 87 plots, ranging from one to 13 acre, and 48
plots, ranging from one to five acre, is likely to be offered. The plots are to
be offered to industrial houses and other units in the Phase I and II at the IMT
at Rohtak.
HSIIDC is likely to invite prestigious projects, involving an investment of
Rs 30 crore or more, followed by allotments to others.
The fully developed-and-allotment-ready Phase I, spanning about 900 acre, has
already attracted a lot of major companies. Plots have been allotted to Maruti
Suzuki India (700 acre); Asian Paints (130 acre); Hi-Tech Plastics (10 acre);
Blow Packaging (3 acre) and SHV Energy (5 acre). These and other projects for
which plots have already been allotted in the Phase I, are expected to involve
an investment of more than Rs 2,200 crore.
