Haryana is set to become a major hub for fun and tourism with plans to establish India’s first Disneyland-style amusement park in Manesar. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced a 500-acre mega entertainment hub near Pachgaon Chowk in the Gurugram district.
Strategically located along the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and the Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor, the park is expected to significantly enhance tourism, infrastructure, and employment in the region. Calling the project a “game-changer,” CM Saini emphasised its potential to bring widespread economic, cultural, and social benefits to both Haryana and the nation. With Gurugram’s strong corporate presence and connectivity to Delhi, the location is deemed ideal for this world-class amusement destination.
Additionally, the Haryana government aims to boost spiritual and cultural tourism. Initiatives include expanding the International Gita Mahotsav, and organising new annual events like a Diwali Mela and Book Fair at Surajkund. The state is seeking Central support to transform Haryana into a global cultural and spiritual tourism hub.
