Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani-led Hiranandani Communities has launched ‘Hiranandani Sands,’ India’s largest coastal destination township in Alibaug, Maharashtra, near Mumbai, with an estimated revenue of Rs 17,000 crore.
Spread over 225 acres, the township is designed as a luxury lifestyle hub featuring villas, plotted developments, serviced apartments, and private beachfront access. It includes five luxury hotels, a mega convention centre, an ecowellness hub, wedding venues, beach entertainment, and a yacht club. The project emphasises sustainability with 27 acres of reserve forest and proximity to 100 acres of wetlands.
The first phase comprising 330 residential units priced between Rs 80 lakh and Rs 2.85 crore were sold out at launch. Supported by Maharashtra’s infrastructure projects like the Ro-Ro ferry, sea bridges, and Navi Mumbai airport, the township aims to transform Alibaug into a prime luxury and tourism real estate destination attracting domestic and international investors.
