Mumbai-based House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) will invest around Rs 1,400 crore in an affordable housing project in Naigaon, a locality about an hour from Dadar.
The development, named Growth Housing, will offer 4,000 apartments across two million sq. ft., planned to be completed in three sales cycles by 2029. The first phase, with a Rs 200 crore investment in partnership with Mittal Builders, has already attracted 8,838 registrations for 1,419 homes through a fully digital AI-driven process, streamlining the entire customer journey. This initiative aims to redefine affordable housing by blending aspiration with affordability.
Additionally, HoABL is exploring seven other sites in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including one near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, for similar projects. Discussions are ongoing for one site, while six others are in preliminary stages. The project reflects HoABL’s commitment to expanding affordable housing with innovative digital solutions and strategic partnerships.
