TDI Infrastructure plans to redevelop and relaunch its 1,100-acre township, TDI City Kundli, positioned as an affordable alternative for North and West Delhi residents, with an investment of Rs 100 crore.
Located just 30 minutes from Delhi via the new UER-II, the township currently hosts around 7,000 plot owners and over 5,000 apartments. Redevelopment plans include upgrading 62 parks, improving internal roads, enhancing the existing clubhouse, and adding a second clubhouse to support increasing population density. The initiative aims to improve livability and accelerate construction on vacant plots.
To incentivise plot owners, TDI offers Rs two lakh for the first 100 owners who complete construction and obtain an Occupation Certificate, along with a 100 percent waiver on common area maintenance fees. Kundli benefits from strong infrastructure support, including the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Delhi Metro extension, RRTS, and Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, making it a strategic real estate hub near the national capital.
