Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new 160-key greenfield hotel under its Vivanta brand in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The hotel will be developed in partnership with Dinesh Choudhary, Vivek Choudhary, and Rajat Choudhary.

The move aligns with IHCL’s growth strategy focused on expanding its presence in high-potential micro-markets, including major metros and state capitals.

IHCL. Jaipur, a prominent tourist destination with a growing reputation as a regional commercial hub, has witnessed a surge in demand from the business and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments, in addition to its traditional strength in the leisure sector.

The greenfield development marks another milestone for IHCL as it strengthens its presence in the state. The hotel will cater to both domestic and international travellers, offering premium hospitality in the fast-growing Pink City.
