The joint venture (JV) formed between the AMR India (AMRIL), Shoda Constructions (SCPL) and The Indian Hume Pipe (IHP) has won a contract relating to water supply projects in Telangana. The JV entity has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for the order from the Government of Telangana.
The work order pertains to water supply projects & sewerage projects under AMRUT 2.0, with a completion timeline of 24 months. It has been awarded by Public Health and Municipal Engineering Department.
The contract is valued at Rs 1,137.77 crore, and the share of works to be executed by IHP is 20 percent, i.e. Rs 227.55 crore.
IHP is engaged in providing engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and commissioning services in water supply, irrigation and sewerage-related projects.
