Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Mumbai has invited bids for providing master planning and comprehensive architectural and engineering consultancy services for establishing the Centre of Excellence for Integrated Engineering and Management at Angul, Odisha.

The tender seeks consultancy firms capable of delivering a full spectrum of services covering planning, design, and engineering to support the development of this ambitious academic and research hub. The COE is envisioned as a state-of-the-art facility that will integrate academic training, applied research, and management education in engineering disciplines.

This initiative is part of IIM Mumbai’s broader vision to expand its footprint beyond Maharashtra and contribute to advanced educational infrastructure in eastern India.

The closing date for bid submisison is 01 September, 2025.
